RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. The normal remedy is BYLINE STUDIOS store credit. A ₹249 return handling and reverse-logistics charge will be deducted from that credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Report wrong, damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description, and supporting photographs. We may request additional evidence.

For a verified manufacturing defect or fulfilment error, the ₹249 handling charge does not apply. We may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Report visibly damaged or tampered packaging as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Retain the original packaging. We may request photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is only possible before production starts. If cancellation is confirmed before production begins, any eligible paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
