BYLINE STUDIOS offers physical apparel, accessories, and related products. Some may be produced or fulfilled on demand. We make reasonable efforts to show descriptions, colours, photographs, measurements, and sizing accurately; screen displays may vary. Review product details and size guides before ordering.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, shipping, and discounts are shown where relevant before order completion. Prices may change without affecting accepted orders.

An order submission is not necessarily acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for availability, incorrect information, payment failure, suspected unauthorised activity, delivery limitations, or inability to fulfil. Eligible payments for cancelled orders are returned to the original payment method.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. BYLINE STUDIOS does not independently store complete card or banking credentials collected directly by payment providers.

We ship within India. Delivery estimates, tracking, charges, and conditions are in our Shipping Policy. Production, courier, operational, or other circumstances may affect estimates.

Returns, refunds, sizing returns, damaged or defective items, fulfilment errors, store credit, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy (including cancellations). Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Some products may be produced after ordering. Production may begin shortly after confirmation, so cancellation is possible only before production starts. On-demand fulfilment does not affect rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled goods.

Products, sizes, colours, designs, collections, and quantities can change or become unavailable. Information may occasionally contain errors or omissions; we may correct them and will contact you where an error materially affects an order.

Unless stated otherwise, BYLINE STUDIOS branding, logos, graphics, artwork, designs, photographs, products, and copy belong to BYLINE STUDIOS or are used with permission. Personal non-commercial viewing is allowed; reproduction or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission.

Do not use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, infringe rights, or otherwise misuse it. Access may be restricted where misuse is reasonably suspected.

We use third parties for ecommerce infrastructure, Shopify checkout, payments, fulfilment, delivery, analytics, and communications. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for independent services outside our control except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, BYLINE STUDIOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. This does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms to reflect service, operational, or legal changes. The published version is current. These terms are governed by Indian law; subject to consumer-protection rights, disputes fall under competent courts in Punjab, India.
